Meet Lucas Marquez, the owner of @southwest.kicks on Instagram. What he does is sell sneakers and fitted hats. Lucas is the top reseller based out of New Mexico. He realized that he wanted to be the best sneaker reseller when he would see influencers do it on YouTube. Lucas saw the ability to make a profit and immediately was motivated to start doing the same.

As his business and customer base expand, he is looking into selling more products to keep everyone satisfied. Southwest Kicks has been open for a little over a year and the company’s progress thus far is impressive to say the least. Since the time of opening, he has gained more than 8.5K followers on instagram and is striving to hit his personal goal of 10K. Lucas says that he cannot take all the credit for his success, he went on to explain that he could not have gotten this far without the support of his father. His father continuously pushes him to be successful and gives him tips on how to run his business.

Lucas sells sneakers and fitteds to all people. Anyone who desires or collects sneakers, he sells to. He has also sold sneakers to some big influencers which is a major accomplishment. Being able to sell to all kinds of people has landed Lucas with many connections, which he says is his favorite part about the job. Lucas loves networking and getting to meet new people.

Lucas is very humble. If he were to be interviewed by TMZ he said that the first thing he would do is thank them for the opportunity. What he would do next is answer any questions to the best of his ability in order to inform this generation of resellers.
