Philadelphia has been known to birth many amazing acts. One that needs to be added to the list is G Syier Hawkins Brown. He is an amazing songwriter, music executive and producer who has been making a name for himself since he started to dabble in music. He began as a background singer. He was able to sing for Stephanie Mills on one of her biggest records “I Feel Good”.

After gaining experience in the industry he decided to pick up new hats and began to produce. He has produced for many artists including the late Aretha Franklin. His list of accolades has been growing immensely since then.

More recently he celebrates his latest success. A former hit record he helped cowrite was used in the now charting single “Break My Soul” by Beyonce.
